Set up a new streaming device

Part 1

Connect the hardware

  1. 1Connect the device to an open HDMI port and use the supplied power adapter.
  2. 2Select that HDMI input on the TV, then follow the device remote-pairing prompt.
Part 2

Finish device setup

  1. 1Join your home Wi-Fi network and allow the device to install system updates.
  2. 2Use a personal Google account only when the device operating system requests it. Do not enter account details into unfamiliar pop-ups.
  3. 3Contact WeaselTV support for the approved app-installation step. Never send a password or payment information in a ticket.
