Pair or reconnect the remote

Part 1

Start nearby

1Move within three feet of the streaming device and replace or recharge the remote batteries.
2Restart the streaming device by disconnecting power for 10 seconds, then reconnecting it.

Part 2

1Open Settings, then Remotes & accessories, and choose Add accessory.
2Hold the remote pairing buttons shown by the device until it appears on screen.
3Select the remote and confirm that directional, back, and home buttons respond.
